- The above general rules and conditions are an integral part of the warranty terms.
- The warranty does not cover any damage to the product due to dry operation or operation without water flow and with proper protection, the warranty is void if the plungers are not completely submerged in water or the water flow rate is less than the rated rate in the case of artesian plungers.
- A cable sized appropriately for the motor’s nominal load should be used to avoid voltage drops during operation.
- In case of automatic operation of 1Faz products, a float with an ampere corresponding to the nominal ampere of the product must be used, otherwise a control panel must be used.
- An appropriately sized breaker must be used to protect 1V products from short-circuit currents.
- A control panel must be used to operate the 3VZ products and must be equipped with protectors of appropriate sizes to prevent short-circuit currents, over- and under-voltages, over- or under-voltages, or interruptions to a fuse, and include appropriate protection to prevent dry running.
- Successive take-offs of products cause damage to their engine, and when selecting them, the time between stopping and starting must be at least 5 minutes, and for plungers, at least 15 minutes.
- The actual operating point must be within the appropriate operating range of the product, operating at a flow rate below the minimum or above the maximum may result in repetitive damage and is not covered under warranty.
- If the temperature drops below zero degrees Celsius, the water inside the pump freezes and results in severe damage to the pump parts and is not covered by the warranty, the pump must be emptied of water after it is stopped when the temperature drops.
- Products except sewage plungers are suitable for pumping clean water, the presence of sediment in water may lead to damage to product parts and are not covered by the warranty.

- The above general rules and conditions are an integral part of the warranty terms.
- The pump current must be less than the nominal current of the pressure device/ float/pressure switch.
- For regular automatic operation, the maximum pumping height must not exceed 80% of the operating pressure of the pressurizer, and the pump pressure must be at least 1 bar higher than the restart pressure of the pressurizer.
- The maximum pump pressure must not exceed the operating pressure of the pressure tank/pressure switch/pressure device.
- For regular automatic operation the pressure tank air must be set to be equal to the restart pressure of the pump.
- The air pressure compensation of the pressure tank should be done every six months at the latest to compensate for leaking air.
- Repeated starting and stopping causes damage to the pressure switch and is not covered under warranty. The time between stopping and restarting must be at least 5 minutes.
Warranty conditions for home desalination units
- The above general rules and conditions are an integral part of the warranty terms.
- Desalination units must be used with a pressure tank. Units that feed an open tank are not covered by the warranty.
- Stopping the operation of the desalination units for more than a week may lead to damage to some parts and may require replacement of filters and is not covered by the warranty.
- Desalination units are suitable for municipal water with salts not exceeding 1000 mg/L, using untreated water may result in damage to some parts of the unit and is not covered by the warranty.
- Consumable filters are not covered under warranty.
- Filters must be replaced regularly according to the filter replacement schedule and any component that is damaged due to delayed maintenance will void the warranty.
