  Features

  • These are non-self priming, horizontal, single stage, centrifugal pumps with helical casing with axial intake and radial outlet
  • The performance of the pumps complies with ISO 2858.
  • Standard flanges for intake and discharge ends are ANSI 125 and ANSI 250 according to ASME B16.1. DIN EN 1092-2 with PN 16 ratings and DIN EN 1092-2 with PN 25 ratings can also be offered on request
  • Pumps have a discharge range of 35 – 2790 US gallons per minute and a head range of 15 – 470 feet
  • Engine ratings from 1 to 200bhp
  • The pumps come as a single block with a TEFC closed cage induction motor with main dimensions that comply with NEMA MG 1-2006 standards.
  • Pumps with a mechanical seal for the axis are a standard supply
  • The pump rotors are dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 grade 6.3.
  • These pumps are available with high-efficiency motors that comply with the efficiency requirements of the US Energy Policy Act of 1992 (EPAct) and Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) standards
  • The efficiency will meet or exceed the full load efficiency of TEFC motors according to Table 12-11 of the NEMA MG 1-2006 standards.
  • They can also be fitted with TEFC motors with excellent efficiency according to Table 12-12 of NEMA MG 1-2006 on request
  • The pumps feature a back-pull design. This feature helps the user to remove the motor, bearing carrier, and fan for service without disturbing the screw casing, intake and delivery pipes (see figure below)
  • We can also supply pumps with IEC standard motors with an aluminium frame size from 71 to 160 and a cast iron frame size from 180 to 315
