Household water desalination plant with a production capacity of 5 m3/day
Specifications:
Sand filter (MultiMedia):
It is the process of transferring water from the raw water tank, which the customer prepares by the feed pump, to the sand filter to trap impurities and medium-sized solids by sand and gravel inside the filter and the customer backwashes the filter according to the operating instructions.
Anti-Sedimentation and Acid Injection System:
After the sand filter, the line is fed with anti-scale material and sulphuric acid, which protects the membranes from limescale
Reverse osmosis system:
The water passes through a micron filter to trap impurities larger than 5 microns and then to a high-pressure pump that pumps the water to the osmosis membranes at a suitable pressure that enables it to subtract the required percentage of salts to exit the water in two different paths:
One path is for sweet water and is destined for the sweet water tank, which is prepared by the customer The second path is for return water and is directed to the drain, which the customer is responsible for providing
Sterilisation system, chlorine injection and pH adjustment:
After the RO system, the line is fed with sodium hypochloride to sterilise the produced water and sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH of the water.
Conditions and site requirements:
The percentage of salts does not exceed 2000 ppm (in case of an increase in salts, the advertised price will be changed)
