Return or Exchange:<\/strong><\/h4>
  1. The return or exchange policy applies to products purchased through Al-Ala Company\u2019s outlets.<\/li>
  2. Products purchased through a distributor are not refundable or exchangeable.<\/li>
  3. Returns or exchanges are only made with the original invoice or a copy thereof.<\/li>
  4. The customer has the right to return the goods within 7 days from the date of the purchase invoice.<\/li>
  5. The customer has the right to exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of the purchase invoice.<\/li>
  6. The customer is not entitled to return or exchange any liquid or chemical materials.<\/li>
  7. The goods sold with a promotional offer are subject to the return or exchange policy on all offer accessories without any exceptions.<\/li>
  8. This policy excludes special sales contracts or special orders unless there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.procedures<\/strong>
    – Make sure with the branch manager that the goods are in good condition and unused.
    – In the event of returning purchases without replacing them with other items of the same or higher value, the value will be returned to the customer in the same way in which payment was made (cash\/credit cards\/bank check).
    – The returned or exchanged goods must be in the same original condition when purchased, unused, unassembled or operated, in the same outer packaging or box and in the original condition in which they were received from the showroom.
    \u2013 The warranty policy is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the product manual or the terms and conditions of the warranty policy stated on the machine\u2019s website.
